Graphic Design Intern
As a Graphic Design intern, you'll collaborate closely with our design team on a diverse range of projects spanning product mock-ups, logo ideation, and marketing materials. Your primary objective will be to elevate our customers' apparel needs through innovative, visually captivating, and functional custom apparel designs. Throughout your internship, you'll gain invaluable insight into the NOVUS design process, from inception to finalization, under the guidance of our Lead Graphic Designer.
Job Duties:
Design a variety of apparel, including sports uniforms, lifestyle apparel, and corporate attire for our clients.
Master the complete design process, from initial logo development or vectorization to crafting cohesive apparel style guides that showcase your designs to our customers and manufacturers.
Familiarize yourself with the Printavo platform to efficiently prioritize and fulfill tasks, deliver mock-ups to clients within 2-3 days of inquiry, and maintain organized folders of mock-ups in our shared Google Drive.
Assist with logo cleanup and creation for clients as needed.
Coordinate with the Design Team and Account Managers to produce account-specific mock-ups and artwork.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of the latest product and design trends.
Aid in the creation of digital and physical ads, one-sheets, and customer documents.
Requirements:
Demonstrated creativity and forward-thinking mindset.
Proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Google Suite.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all design work.
A background in athletics and a passion for sports is highly desirable.
Customer Success Representative
As a Customer Success Representative (CSR) at NOVUS, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that every interaction our customers have with our brand is exceptional. In collaboration with our CSR team, you'll serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person at our headquarters, leaving a lasting positive impression on all those we engage with.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Inside Sales Team by leveraging our Content Management System (CMS) to construct team stores for customers and organize customer orders upon store closure.
Gain insight into the production process for Team Stores and Bulk Purchase Orders.
Aid in printing and organizing invoices for retail, online stores, and bulk orders.
Engage with customers through email follow-ups, address service inquiries, schedule order pickups, and ensure overall satisfaction with products.
Assist the Operations Department by promptly addressing order issues.
Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
Bonus: Senior in college looking to grow into a full time position.
Social Media & Marketing Intern
As a Social Media & Marketing Intern, you'll be at the forefront of supporting our marketing team's digital efforts. You will assist with content creation, copywriting, social media management, and website maintenance. Armed with strong communication skills, a knack for captivating content, and a sharp eye for social media trends, you'll contribute to engaging our audience across various platforms. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll receive guidance on content strategy, campaign execution, and exciting partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research on social media platforms to inspire content ideas and stay abreast of trending topics, infusing creativity to captivate our target demographic while maintaining brand authenticity.
Assist in ideating, sourcing, creating, and scheduling social media content for platforms including Instagram, Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Craft compelling social media captions and blog posts that resonate with our audience and reinforce our brand's perspective.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Content Creators to execute social media campaigns and photoshoots.
Support growth initiatives as required, whether through website content creation, event coordination, or collaboration with the design team on social media graphics.
Organize social media content in our shared Google Drive.
Requirements:
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Some experience in content management.
Familiarity with social media platforms, including TikTok and Reels.
Basic copywriting proficiency, specifically in the sports industry.
Competence in Google Suite.
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in captions and visuals.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!
